If you have any comments about another user, customer, or health advisor contact us at info@myhealthanwer.com. MyHealthAnswer.com has the right to refuse service to anyone at any time without notice.

Definitions

In the terms and conditions that follow, the terms "customer” refers to the individual or organization that creates a MyHealthAnswer.com account. The term "Customer" will be used to describe the person who asks a health questions on this Site. The term "Health advisor" will be used to describe the person who answers questions on this Site.

By using our Site, you agree to comply with and accept the following Terms and disclosures "Agreements" (which include, without limitation, the Privacy Policy, our Legal Disclaimer, the Employee or health advisor Agreement, and all terms or policies posted on the Site). Please review the following Terms carefully. If you don’t agree with the Terms or any of the related Agreements completely, do not use the service. The Health Advisors are subject to and required to accept the terms of the Employee or Health Advisor Agreement. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

Member Conduct

As a "customer", you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user name, account data and password.

You agree to follow all the billing procedures, including providing lawful billing information for any active MyHealthAnswer.com accounts. You agree that you are responsible for all acts or omissions that occur under your account or password. You will inform MyHealthAnswer.com of any illegal use of your password or account.
Any content provided by you on the site (including any questions asked or answered) and your use of our service will not: (1) be fraudulent (2) infringe any third party's proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy. MyHealthAnswer.com may terminate the account for unauthorized use of copyrighted material); (3) be illegal or violate any federal, state or local law, statute, ordinance or regulation; (4) be competitive with MyHealthAnswer.com, be defamatory, make unlawfully threats or unlawfully harassing; (5) be obscene or contain child pornography or, if otherwise adult in nature or harmful to minors, must be posted with "Mature Audiences Only" in the posting and appropriate notices to prevent unauthorized underage viewing and must be sent only to people legally permitted to receive such content (Information on Parental Control Protections); (6) contain any viruses, Trojan horses, or other computer programming routines that may damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information; (7) causing us to lose (completely or in portion) the services of our ISPs or other suppliers; and (8) link directly or indirectly to or include descriptions of goods or services that: (9) are prohibited under our legal terms; or (10) you do not have the permission to link to or include. You may not complete any transaction that was initiated using our Service that, by paying us a fee, could cause MyHealthAnswer.com to violate any applicable law, statute, ordinance or regulation. In addition, you may not resell or make any commercial use of our system without our prior consent.

Without limiting any other remedies, MyHealthAnswer.com may terminate your account if we suspect, in our judgment, that you (by conviction, settlement, insurance or escrow investigation, or otherwise) have engaged in fraudulent actions in connection with the site or have engaged in activities in violation of these Disclosures or any other Agreements with MyHealthAnswer.com.

Fees and Refunds

You establish the price that you are willing to pay for a helpful answer. To be considerate with our health advisors who spend much time, giving a helpful answer, you are required to accept an answer (and pay the amount you offered). A deposit is required before you may view the answer to a question you have posted. Once you've accepted and paid for an answer, no refunds are permitted. If you do not accept an answer for any reason, your solution is to not accept or pay for the answer.

Right of Terms Changing

MyHealthAnswer.com reserves the right to change the Terms (including fees) or any of the related Agreements at any time by posting the amended terms on the Site. All new terms shall automatically be effective upon posting. If you do not accept the new terms, your solution will be to discontinue using the service. The latest Terms and related Agreements will be posted on the Site, and you should always review them prior to using our services. MyHealthAnswer.com reserves the right to discontinue the services, for any reason, without notice.

Information Storage

We can not control the information provided by users of this system. You may find other member's information offensive, harmful, inaccurate, or deceptive. There are also risks of interacting with underage persons or people acting under false information.
Other disadvantages may incur with international members and foreign nationals. By using this site you accept all the risks.MyHealthAnswer.com is not responsible for the actions of users on this website.
The amount of storage space per member is limited. You accept that MyHealthAnswer.com is not responsible or liable for the deletion or insufficient information storage.

MyHealthAnswer.com is a health advisor to give only medical orientation.
MyHealthAnswer.com acts allowing anyone to ask health questions and have a simple orientation. EMERGENCY QUESTIONS AND CRISIS SITUATIONS (particularly regarding medical or mental health) should be directed immediately by telephone or in-person to qualified professionals. MyHealthAnswer.com is not the appropriate venue to deal with emergency or crisis situations. In addition, we are not involved in the direct conversation between Customers and Employees. MyHealthAnswer.com does not edit, modify, filter, screen, or otherwise monitor the content of questions, answers, profiles, qualifications or comments or have any obligation to monitor the content. We have no control over the quality, safety or legality of the answers given, the truth or accuracy of the answers, the ability of our health advisors to answer questions or the ability of customers to pay for answers. We cannot insure completely that a customer, employee, or health advisor will complete the transaction.

You release MyHealthAnswer.com (and any of our representatives) from any claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of all nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes.

"Health Advisors"

Throughout this website "Health Advisor" may be used to refer to someone who says to have certain knowledge, background or experience useful in answer a medical question posed by a user. Use of such terms no assures that the person answering your question has any expertise or qualifications to give such advice. You accept that MyHealthAnswer.com has not and cannot verify their qualifications. If you do not like any answer, your solution is not accept the answer and not pay for it.

MyHealthAnswer.com has the right to remove or not remove any content that violates any of these Terms, including, without limitation, any objectionable or personally identifiable information.

Identity Verification

We verify the accuracy of the e-mail address our users provide us when they register on the site. You must understand that member verification on the internet is difficult. MyHealthAnswer.com cannot and does not confirm each user's purported identity. We have established a user-initiated PROGRAM system to evaluate with whom you are INTERACTING.

MyHealthAnswer.com does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, that errors will be corrected, that this website is viruses free or other harmful elements. MyHealthAnswer.com does not warrant any information on this website to be correct, timely or reliable. We are not liable for any advice, products or information, obtained from a linked site or third party.

Limitation of Liabilities

Under any circumstances, our representatives, directors and employees
, are responsible or liable for any indirect or direct, incidental or consequential damage including loss of benefits or profits, in connection with our website. This agreement based on any theory, even if we are advised of the probability of these damages. The liability for direct damages to our representatives can not exceed the amount paid by the customer 2 months prior to the claim or legal action ;the maximum limit accepted are 65 dollars. Any legal demand only can be made in Florida courts and any legal dispute must be based, always, in this agreement between MyHealthAnswer.com and the customer or any user.

Indemnification

You indemnify to MyHealthAnswer.com, any and all parent, subsidiary, or affiliate organizations, officers, agents and employees, harmless from any claim, or legal demand, including the attorneys' fees gave by any third party that are in any way due to or arising out of your use of or conduct on the Service. MyHealthAnswer.com will provide you reasonable notice of such claim.

TERMINATION OF SERVICES

If you wish to discontinue the service, you must provide a written a written notice of your decision, sent via e-mail to info@myhealthanswer.com. Cancellations will be effective within 7 business days. You must pay all your debts with us before cancellation can take effect.

We have the right to suspend your service at any time without cause or notice. We also have the right to suspend your account indefinitely if we suspect any fraudulent or inappropriate activity is being conducted through our website.

Termination does not affect your liability or obligations under this Agreement.

User’s advertisement

MyHealthAnswer.com is not responsible for any user’s information, products, logos, links or names or services. Customers have full responsibility for a decision to visit or patronize any such entity and MyHealthAnswer.com is not responsible from any liability arising from such actions.

IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CUSTOMERS OF MyHealthAnswer.com TO KNOW THAT OUR HEALTH ADVISORS ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL OR DOCTOR ADVICE. THERE IS NO A PROFESSIONAL-CLIENT RELATIONSHIP IN OUR SERVICES, WITH NO CONFIDENTIALITY CHARACTERISTICS.

COPYRIGHTS

You agree that MyHealthAnswer.com has the rights to its website MyHealthAnswer.com and all content displayed on the site.
You ACCEPT that any content or information provided on the site IS NOT CONFIDENTIAL; we do not have any obligation to compensate for its use OR to return any submitted materials. You GIVE US, MyHealthAnswer.com a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable right to copyright, MAKE PUBLIC THIS INFORMATION, including the right to create derivative works in any media.

Press Release Information

We do not have any obligation to update any press information about us; we disclaim any duty or obligation to update this information or any press releases.

Disputes, Assignment, and Governing Law

This agreement prevails over all prior or contemporaneous agreement, oral or written.

If there is a conflict between an oral representation of any MyHealthAnswer.com employee or agent, the terms of this Agreement will prevail.
If any provision(s) of these Terms is held by a Florida court of competent jurisdiction .You and MyHealthAnswer.com agree that any cause of action will be based on this agreement and must be made within one 1 month after the cause of action arose; otherwise, such cause of action is permanently barred. You may not assign this Agreement to any other party.

This Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, in Palm Beach County, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions.

All legal disputes will be based exclusively in this agreement.
